RELATIONSHIPS: He is not good at this; it'd take a LOT of cr building. But, yes, as long as your character is okay with open relationships. He's polyamorous. ... He's also a slut (affectionate), so like, non-romantic sexual cr? Hit me uuuuuuuup.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Loki (barely) has the ability to enchant people. I'll always check for permission first. As for fucking with Loki's head, he is resistant to it to a point; I'd like to talk about it first, but I am VERY interested.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Loki creates illusions so realistic that they become tangible, but only to a certain size, a little bigger than your average humanoid. But he wants to train to make them bigger. He can also conjure tangible items and store them away in a similar fashion to conjure back into existence later.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Uh... he's like a demigod or whatever. He's not invincible, but he's hard to hurt.
